This handy reusable pack can be used for both hot and cold therapy. It can be boiled, microwaved or frozen to reach a maximum temperature of 60 o C or a minimum of -13 o C and lasts for approximately 30 minutes. The nylon pack remains soft and pliable even after freezing and is easily cleaned with soap and water. Measures 25cm x 12cm.
