To activate, simply flex the metal button inside the pack and it will immediately reach a temperature of 55o C. To re-use put the pack in hot water until all the heat crystals are dissolved and re-activate with the metal button when required. This pack is portable, reusable and ideal for shoulder, stomach, thigh, calf and arm treatment. Measures 27cm x 19cm.
