In providing our warranty we are guaranteeing complete customer service.  So that we can ensure efficient handling of claims, please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. Our warranty does not in any way override your rights under Australian consumer law.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Call or email our warranty claims department with the following information:

  • Invoice number relating to the purchase of the item.
  • A brief summary of the claim.
  • Where possible, photographs demonstrating the fault.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Firm.n.Fold warrants that, during the Warranty Period, the Product will, with normal use and service, be free from faulty parts, manufacture or workmanship.
  2. The Warranty Period (from date of purchase) for Firm.n.Fold products are as follows:
  • Firm.n.Fold Zuma Portable Tables (excluding accessories) – 5 years
  • Healers Choice Portable Tables over $300 (excluding accessories) – 3 years
  • Healers Choice Portable Tables under $300 (excluding accessories) – 2 years
  • Stationary Tables (excluding accessories) – 5 years
  • Seated Equipment – 1 year
  • All other products – 1 year
  • Upholstery is guaranteed for workmanship for a period of 1 year.
  1. This warranty is valid only for Products that are purchased new and unused:
    1. in Australia or New Zealand; and
    2. sourced from an authorised Firm.n.Fold distribution channel;
  2. The Customer must provide the original proof of purchase which demonstrates compliance with the above conditions to receive any services under this warranty.
  3. This warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
  4. The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation:
    1. normal wear and tear;
    2. abuse, mishandling, accident or failure to follow operating or care instructions;
    3. exposure to damaging liquid, products or infiltration of foreign particles;
    4. modification of the Product other than by Firm.n.Fold or their authorised agents;
    5. shipment or other transit.
  5. No claim will be accepted by Firm.n.Fold for labour or other expenditure incurred by the Customer (except to the extent required by law) without written consent by Firm.n.Fold.
  6. Firm.n.Fold shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damages suffered by the Customer even if related to the supply of defective or non-conforming goods, other than any rights pursuant to Australian consumer law.
  7. Firm.n.Fold will deliver repaired goods free of charge within Australia to the warranty holder.
  8. The expense will be on the Customer for the return of goods to Firm-n-Fold for assessment, adjustment or repair. 
  9. Firm.n.Fold in its sole discretion may replace the covered equipment, in whole or in part, with comparable equipment and may use remanufactured and refurbished parts in performing its obligations hereunder.  Replacement parts shall become the Customers property, the replaced parts shall become the property of Firm.n.Fold.
