Our Supine Headrest is designed to provide comfortable, stable support when your client is lying in the supine position. It attaches securely to the face crest bar, replacing the standard face cushion to create a soft, supportive pillow for the head.

The rounded ergonomic shape ensures excellent therapist access to the neck, making it ideal for massage, bodywork, and spa treatments. Upholstered in easy‑to‑clean vinyl and filled with premium foam, this headrest offers both comfort and durability. A solid timber base adds stability, while the integrated Velcro attachment keeps the headrest firmly in place during treatments.
